You may format your JetDrive Go to erased all stored files including the virus. Please back up your data before formatting. If the system still detects a virus after this, it could be that the virus is also on your computer and had been rewritten to your JetDrive Go after the formatting. In this case, we recommend that you scan your computer with a virus scanner.
Formatting the JetDrive Go in Windows OS:
Right click on the removable storage device in "My Computer," select "Format". For the file system, please select "FAT32 or exFAT". Then click the "Start" button.
After the formatting process is complete, please eject and re-plug in your JetDrive Go to start using again.
Formatting the JetDrive Go in Mac OS X:
Please go to Disk Utility to format your JetDrive Go to MS-DOS(FAT) or ExFAT.
