Please check that:
1. You have inserted the TS-PNU3 into a ExpressCard/34 slot.
2. The USB power supply cable is connected from your notebook`s USB port to TS-PNU3.
3. Installed the TS-PNU3 driver.

For ExpressCard/34 slot specifications and information, please check with your notebook manufacturer to see if it supports ExpressCard/34 devices. (TS-PNU3 is ExpressCard/34 device.)
If the drivers we provided cannot help, suggest to check with your external device manufacturer to see if they have firmware update for their devices.
