1. Please make sure that your multimedia player, TV or DVD player provides sufficient power supply (DC 5V/1A is recommended).
2. If not, you may need to connect the external power supply for StoreJet.
3. Please also make sure that the file system (FAT32 or NTFS) of the StoreJet is supported by your media device.
