Why can’t I turn on my photo frame?

Please unplug and plug the power cable once again to see if the power cable Is connected with the photo frame tightly and also make sure the socket power supply is normal, and then waiting for the star-up Transcend logo showing up. If the problem still exist, please press on the power button for two seconds to turn it on or by remote.
