Please check that:
1. You have inserted the TS-PDU3 into a PCIe x1 slot (the shortest and normally is black, please check your motherboard manual for details).
2. The four pin power supply is connected from your computer power supply to TS-PDU3.
3. Installed the TS-PDU3 driver.
* Please note that some USB3.0 external devices might be using older firmware, and might have compatibility issues with newer driver version. Suggest to try from the oldest version to the latest version and see which driver version suits you best.
(Note: Remember to remove the previous driver version before installing the new version.)
(v1.0.20.0)
(v2.0.4.0)
(v2.0.32.0)
(v2.1.19.0)
(v2.1.25.0)
For PCIe slot specifications and information, please check with your motherboard manufacturer to see if it supports PCIe v2.0 devices. (TS-PDU3 is PCIe v2.0 device.)
If the drivers we provided cannot help, suggest to check with your external device manufacturer to see if they have firmware update for their devices.
