1. Please go to the Transcend website and download the latest firmware for your model: https://www.transcend-info.com/support/cate-228
2. On a PC, drag the .bin file from the archive to the root directory of your memory card. Make sure it is not in any folders.
3. Insert the memory card in the DrivePro and power the DrivePro on (by connecting it to power). A second firmware upgrade will start automatically.
